At a glance, end users are able to see all of the departments/stores that they are responsible for in a hierarchical view with traffic lighting to indicate status of the plans at each level of the enterprise. Quick communication with online collaborative features facilitates dialogue among participants, further shortening planning cycles, while managers can email groups based on hierarchy or workflow status.
